Some Words

Yesterday, at our youth overnighter "Contact Camp", I felt God imparting a vision to my soul, and decided to write some words.

Your vision for me is my plague.
I see it in my heart. I see your merciful plan in my soul.
There is no escape, I perceive it day and night.
I desire it as no-one else can. Your mysteries burn within me.
Your way is my consuming passion. I search for it eagerly.
Your plan, my future. It lurks in the deep recesses of my mind.
The way of righteousness, for your name's sake.
The empowerment of my future taunts me.
The effectiveness says to me "Can you not achieve this? Try!"
This dream is not fickle. It is clear sight. It is the sight of the Spirit.

Be good to me Lord! Do not let me fall away.
You have offered me power. You have given me victory.
I deserve you not. You have given me a gift too weighty for me.
From you alone comes my strength.
Look to the past! Behold, how far the Lord my God has brought me.
Look to the future! Behold His plan.
Nothing can discover. Nothing can compare.
Praise be to the Lord.

This be the first post on my new blog. This is where I say welcome, Et Cetera. This is where you find out about me. And as this post comes last in the list, this is the post you will probably never read. I have been meaning to start a blog for some time now. As a web developer, I always planned to do it myself, but - as a web developer - that was probably unrealistic. I finally decided to bite the bullet and just do it, so here it is.
